Lance Schaffer
Owner & President
After 18 years of work in every phase of the construction industry, Lance Schaffer founded Schaffer Construction with the goal of bringing his knowledge and eye for detail to Idaho's Treasure Valley. Lance started his career at the ground level, gaining experience with every phase of the construction journey including concrete, sheet rock, framing, electrical and plumbing work. Today, after 20 years in business, Lance has completed over 400 projects, from new construction and remodels, to commercial buildings and demolitions. He works closely with each and every client on their builds, helping them establish what and where they're going to build, assisting with the planning process, setting budgets, estimating costs, establishing timelines and hiring subcontractors.
At the end of the day, when the build is complete, Lance's work centers on making his client's dream home come true.
